Yes! If you’d like the workshop at your own office or venue, there is a minimum expenditure requirement of $1,600.
What if we want to host the event at Mosaic Art Studio Calgary location?
Private workshops in our studio require a minimum expenditure of $400.
Is the minimum expenditure an extra fee?
No. The minimum is simply the total cost of the projects your group selects. For example, if your group’s projects add up to at least the minimum, you’re all set. There are no hidden charges for events hosted at your venue or at our studio.
How much do projects cost?
Projects range from $59 to $139 per person, and prices include all materials and instruction.
What kinds of projects are available?
We offer a variety of projects such as light boxes, candle holders, lamps, and lanterns. Pictures and pricing can be viewed by clicking on the “Book Now” option on our website.
Do all participants have to make the same project?
No. Each participant can choose their own project.
How long do sessions last?
Workshops typically last 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on project choices and group pace.

Private events can be hosted Monday to Thursday at any time of day, including evenings.
How do we secure a date for our private workshop?
To secure your date, we’ll send an invoice for a deposit. Once the deposit is paid, your date is confirmed.
